InterActions - The First, and Still the Best, Internet Service Provider in St. John's and Mount Pearl

The following terms and conditions apply to All InterActions Account holders. If you should have any questions please contact our office.

· Any actions performed on your account are your responsibility.

· Accounts should only be used by the holder of the account. It is considered unacceptable usage to provide your password to others.

· Each account holder will have a directory for file storage on our public access system. Any attempt by other users to violate the confidentiality is unacceptable.

· All public account holders are allowed to use portions of their 10 MB storage allocation for a personal WWW site. Use of this web site for advertising or promotion of a commercial product is prohibited.

· Reselling of web space on the InterActions Public Access System is prohibited.

· The following violations of “netiquette” are grounds for immediate suspension of service pending investigation by InterActions.

i. Sending unsolicited mass mailings (i.e., to more than 25 users) which provoke complaints for the recipients.

ii. Continued harassment of other individuals on the Internet after being asked to stop by those individuals or by InterActions.

iii. The propagation of pirated software in any form.

iv. Impersonating another user or otherwise falsifying one’s username and e-mail, Usenet postings or with any other Internet service. (This does not preclude the use of nickname)

v. Other restrictions may apply.

· Violators of the above terms and conditions may lose their account and/or be subject to legal action.

· You must be at least 18 years old to be an account holder. A parent or guardian must sign for accounts for users under 18.

· Written or e-mail notification (account password) is required for account cancellation.

· During down times for hardware upgrades etc. InterActrions will not be held responsible for any delay or undeliverable e-mails.

· Monthly accounts expire at the end of the calendar month. On the first of each month, payment for all monthly accounts will be billed to a major credit card automatically. If at any time, payment of a monthly account cannot be charged to the provided credit card, the account will be subject to suspension.

· Unlimited Access accounts are based on intermittent dial-up use and non-concurrent login sessions. Unlimited accounts are not defined as dedicated connections, resulting in dynamic IP addressing and connections that are not suitable for network environments. InterActions reserves the right to disconnect users who are idle or have been connected for an exorbitant amount of time (approximately in excess of 200 hours per month). Currently, users are disconnected after approximately 20 minutes of inactivity or after approximately 6 hours of continual use. These parameters may be changed at any time at the Company's discretion. The purchase of a dedicated line is available to any of InterAction's customers.

· All Packages (Monthly & Blocks) are non- refundable.

· Hourly blocks are to paid for in advance additional hours must be purchased to continue the subscription. Accounts that have less than 10 hours remaining will be automatically invoiced for additional hours.

· Only limited support will be provided for internet software not distributed by InterActions.

· All accounts that become overdue, or overdrawn for whatever reason, are subject to immediate suspension. Any suspended accounts that are reinstated will be charged a reconnection fee of $15.00.
