Important
Notice
to
InterActions Customers
The
staff and management of InterActions would like to thank you for
your patronage. InterActions became the first dial-up Internet provider
in Newfoundland and Labrador in 1994 and since then has remained an
economical alternative to broadband Internet access.
However,
due to the ever-changing market demands for faster, high speed
Internet there has been a significant decline in our subscribers
over the past number of years. Due to this decline we have had to
make the very difficult decision to close our dial-up Internet
service at Interactions effective December 31, 2008.
So
how does this affect you?
Our dial-up
Service will remain in effect until January 31, 2009,
after which time all dial-up access to the Internet will end.
However, we will continue to provide email and web hosting
services. If you wish to keep your nfld.com
email address, we will be offering this service for an annual fee
of only $20.00. This email address can continue to be used even
with another Internet connectivity provider.
To ease the transfer to
another Internet Service Provider, special arrangements have been
made with Aliant. We will not be transferring your account information to
Aliant, but if you contact them and identify
yourself as an InterActions customer, they will provide you with
special pricing for a 12 month period.
For more information and
to view the letter that was e-mailed to all clients (to their
InterActions e-mail address) and a mailed to customers with recent
activity on their account, please

We would once again like
to thank you for your patronage over the past 14 years.
Sincerely,
Management & Staff
of InterActions and Compusult
